About the Role We’re seeking dynamic Conversion and Retention Agents to join a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment in the Capital Market and iGaming sectors. Your mission? Turn leads into clients and keep them engaged and trading.

Responsibilities

Engage new leads, convert them into active clients

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Upsell and cross-sell financial products or services

Provide high-level client support to boost retention

Meet and exceed KPIs in a performance-driven setting

Qualifications

Native or fluent in English + one of the following : Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc.

1–2+ years’ experience in conversion / retention

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Results-driven, motivated by performance and bonuses

Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven team
