We are seeking a highly organized HR & Administrative Officer to support our operations across Riyadh and Al Kharj. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in government platforms, HR coordination, and administrative support within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage governmental platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, Tamm, MODON, Ministry of Industry, and Chamber of Commerce
Handle visa processes : visit visas, residency permits, tourist visas
Follow up on Civil Defense approvals and Municipality license requirements
Arrange flight bookings and hotel reservations for employees and visitors
Maintain and update staff files, HR lists, joining dates, salary details
Coordinate health insurance for employees
Support legal cases related to client collections in coordination with PRO and legal counsel
Coordinate with the Head of HR for offer letters and documentation
Oversee company vehicles (insurance, renewals, repairs)
Manage staff accommodations
Monitor telecommunications lines
Handle petty cash when required
Coordinate with HSE Department
Assist in recruitment when needed
Process renewals of licenses, permits, and all government-related obligations
Requirements
Saudi National (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR / administration
Background in industrial or manufacturing companies is preferred
Strong knowledge of KSA government portals
Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
