About the Role

We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Arabic-speaking health coach to support individuals on their weight loss journey through personalized 1-on-1 coaching. You’ll help patients adhere to their lifestyle and medical plans, lead group sessions and webinars, and play a key role in shaping our science-backed health program. This is a full-time, remote role that requires flexibility to work around patient schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1-on-1 virtual coaching sessions in Arabic
  • Support patients using both lifestyle strategies and GLP-1 medication protocols
  • Motivate patients and help them overcome barriers to change
  • Track progress, offer feedback, and escalate clinical concerns when needed
  • Lead or participate in virtual group sessions and health webinars
  • Contribute to developing culturally relevant, evidence-based program content
  • Collaborate with our team of doctors, designers, and content creators

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in nutrition, health coaching, nursing, or a related field
  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Deep understanding of obesity, weight management, and behavior change strategies
  • Familiarity with local cultural norms in the GCC
  • Strong communication skills and an empathetic, motivational coaching style
  • Passion for health education and digital innovation
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet patient needs

    • Preferred Background

  • Licensed dietitian, nutritionist, nurse, or certified health coach
  • Experience developing or delivering digital health content
  • Lived experience in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries
