Apply now for the position of Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Riyadh - (Saudization). You will be responsible for all government relations, HR compliance, and portal transactions in alignment with Saudi labor law and corporate policies. Responsibilities

Manage government portals and HR compliance, ensuring the smooth and timely processing of employee documentation and Saudization compliance. Handle portal activities across Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher, MHRSD, Chamber of Commerce, MISA, ZATCA, and related HR operations and compliance. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including visa processing, medical insurance linking, GOSI registration, and end-of-service documentation. Ensure alignment with Saudi Labor Law and keep HR updated on new legal or compliance requirements. Manage Saudization reporting and ensure Nitaqat compliance. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all government-related transactions and act as the guardian of confidentiality for employee and company-related government documentation. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3+ years’ experience as PRO / Government Relations Officer in Saudi Arabia. Proven track record in managing HR-related portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher, etc.). Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Saudization, and immigration regulations. Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage external and internal stakeholders effectively. Key competencies : integrity, ability to handle confidential information with discretion; excellent organizational and time-management skills; problem-solving and decision-making under pressure; customer service orientation; ability to work cross-functionally.
