The ideal candidate will have experience with modules such as Field Service, Project Service, and Sales, along with familiarity with add-ons like Unified Service Desk.
Responsibilities Document business requirements and participate in solution design sessions Create functional design documents to guide development and configuration Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet business needs Demonstrate out-of-the-box features and validate solutions against requirements Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including user acceptance testing
