Sales Supervisor – Full Time (Remote)

Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Supervise and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies in line with company goals. Provide coaching, motivation, and training to sales team members to enhance performance. Manage client inquiries and negotiate contracts in coordination with management. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant standards. Represent the company professionally in online meetings and client presentations. Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Utilize strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence client decisions and close sales successfully. Bachelor’s degree in any related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Excellent command of English (verbal and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Ability to work independently, manage remote teams, and maintain a high level of productivity.
