Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate and commercial matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other documents.

Manage and guide the legal team in the review of projects and contracts.

Advise on corporate and commercial laws and regulations.

Assist with due diligence and other related matters.

Perform legal research and analysis.

Provide guidance and support to the business on legal matters.

Requirements

Law degree from a recognised university.

3+ years of legal experience, ideally gained from a reputable law firm or in-house team.

Expertise in corporate law, M&A, joint ventures, and financial transactions.

Excellent drafting and negotiating skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexible and proactive approach; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
