We are looking for a Marketplace Manager based in Riyadh on a full‑time basis. The role is responsible for overseeing all daily marketplace operations, ensuring efficient workflows, improving overall performance and user experience, managing vendor relationships, and analyzing performance to achieve sustainable growth and increased sales.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Supervise daily marketplace operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflows.
- Monitor order processing, payments, shipping, and returns to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to optimize user experience.
Vendor and Supplier Management
Onboard and manage new vendors and suppliers.Track vendor performance (sales, customer ratings, policy compliance) and provide regular feedback.Resolve vendor and operational issues professionally and promptly.Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze marketplace performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and average order value.Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to enhance overall marketplace performance.Use data‑driven insights to support business and marketing strategies.Marketing & Growth
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales on the platform.Coordinate with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and monitor competitor activity.Recommend pricing and promotional strategies to boost visibility and profitability.Technical & Product Development
Collaborate with product and technical teams to enhance marketplace features and functionality.Oversee integrations with payment gateways, shipping partners, and other external systems.Customer Experience & Support
Oversee customer service operations to ensure quick and efficient issue resolution.Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.Develop clear policies for returns, refunds, and dispute resolution to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Excellent command of the English language.Seniority Level
