Responsibilities

Evaluate investment opportunities, build financial models, conduct valuations, and perform advanced financial analysis. Support investment strategies, manage investment portfolios, and provide administrative assistance. Lead deal sourcing, due diligence and execution of private equity investments. Provide legal support, draft contracts, manage stakeholder relationships, and advise on litigation matters. Provide technology strategy, transformation initiatives, and value creation in financial services. Drive regulatory compliance, audit, and governance activities. Support investment analysis, portfolio management, risk evaluation, and client communication. Assist consulting teams with market research, financial analysis, report writing, and presentations. Provide high‑net‑worth client relationships, financial market education, and portfolio changes and education. Qualifications

Advanced financial modeling skills, strong analytical and quantitative capabilities. Finance background with postgraduate or equivalent education. Experience in private equity, investment management, or related fields. Knowledge of Arabic (preferred for some roles). Legal background for real‑estate attorney role including contract drafting and litigation experience. Experience with technology advisory and strategy in financial services. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Certificate such as CME‑4 and finance degree (required for certain responsibilities).
