Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan projects, set goals, define requirements, determine the time period and determine the resources necessary to complete the project.
• Coordinate, organize, direct and motivate the team to achieve the objectives of the project.
• Time planning, scheduling and determining the activities required to complete the project, determining their chronological order and setting deadlines.
• Risk management, analysis and assessment of potential risks that may affect the implementation of the project.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of projects and ensure compliance with the established standards.
• Prepare reports, regular documents and documents to document project details and submit them to the management team, clients and partners.
• Evaluate the project after completion to learn from the experience and improve future practices.
