Batterjee Medical College is seeking qualified and passionate academic professionals to join our Radiological Sciences Department. The successful candidate will contribute to excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement in alignment with BMC’s mission.
Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars.
Develop curricula and course materials suitable for diverse learning platforms.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and expand knowledge within the field.
Design, assign, and grade assessments, tests, and examinations.
Conduct research, and contribute to scholarly publications, proposals, and academic literature.
Participate in institutional meetings, conferences, and professional events.
Engage in professional development and institutional training initiatives.
Provide academic support and mentorship to students, and contribute to committee work.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field and produce published work.
Qualifications
Education :
PhD in Radiological Imaging or a related field such as Medical Physics or Radiation Therapy / Treatment (MSc is the minimum requirement).
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years in professional radiographic practice. Previous teaching experience. Track record of published work (preferred).
Ability to inspire and engage students. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Licenses & Certifications :
Registration with SCFHS is required.
