Overview
Seeking a DevOps Engineer responsible for SSL certificate monitoring and renewal, and UAT servers monitoring. The role includes monitoring UAT SSL certificates, setting up alerts using Prometheus and Grafana, automating SSL certificate renewal with Ansible, ensuring UAT servers are uptime, and scanning GitLab repositories for vulnerabilities on every code change. Additionally, the role involves integrating GitLab with Jira using APIGEE API.
Key Responsibilities
- SSL Certificate Renewal & Monitoring : Monitor SSL certificates, set up alerting for expiration using Prometheus and Grafana, automate renewal ssl certificates using Ansible.
- UAT Servers Monitoring & Alerts : Configure Prometheus, Grafana, and Alert manager to track UAT servers to trigger alerts for downtime.
- Security & Vulnerability Scanning : Implement security scanning tools (GitLab SAST, Dependency Scanning, Trivy, SonarQube, Snyk) to trigger Jenkins scripts for detecting vulnerabilities on every GitLab code push.
- GitLab & Jira Integration : Set up and manage integration between GitLab and Jira using APIGEE API.
- Collaboration : Work closely with security, DevOps, and development teams to enforce best practices.
