About the location

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to diverse natural environments. Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys including rooms and suites, villas with private pools, and branded residential villas with bay and sea views. The property will include a luxury spa with the Organic Spa Garden, fitness collaborations, and a range of outdoor activities and a 27-hole oceanfront golf course.

About The Role

As Stewarding Supervisor, you will oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all kitchens and stewarding areas. From pre-opening setup to ongoing daily operations, you will lead a team responsible for stewarding standards across the resort.

What You Will Do

Support pre-opening activities such as equipment inventory and setup of dishwashing areas, and stewarding procedures.
Supervise stewarding staff to ensure proper cleaning, sanitizing, and storage of kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment.
Monitor cleanliness and ensure compliance with HACCP and hygiene standards.
Maintain operating supplies and cleaning materials, conducting regular stock checks.
Coordinate with culinary and service teams to support smooth operations across outlets.
Train, schedule, and motivate stewarding team members for efficiency and consistency.

What You Bring

Previous experience as a Stewarding Supervisor or senior steward in a luxury hotel or resort environment.

Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures in hospitality kitchens.

Excellent team leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible schedules and manage a team in a high-paced setting.

Pre-opening experience is a plus.

Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential.
