Hostess - Saudi Talent

Summary We are looking for a professional and courteous Restaurant Hostess to join our team at our 5-star hotel. The Restaurant Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them, and managing reservations to ensure an excellent dining experience.

Job Responsibilities

Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Escort guests to their tables, providing them with menus and ensuring they are comfortable.

Maintain a neat and organized waiting list and reservation book.

Assist in taking reservations over the phone or in person.

Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant, menu, and special promotions.

Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.
