Civil and Buildings Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil and Buildings Manager for an exciting airport infrastructure project. In this pivotal role, you will oversee civil engineering activities and ensure that all building works are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver state-of-the-art airport facilities that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.

As a Civil and Buildings Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of the construction process, from initial design reviews to final construction audits. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within budget and on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering and building construction, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects
• Extensive knowledge of airport infrastructure projects is highly desirable
• Proven experience in managing complex construction projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Professional certifications or licenses (e.g., PE, PMP) are a plus
