Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Industrial Engineering or related field. 3+ years’ experience as a QC Painting / Coating Inspector in steel fabrication or heavy industry. NACE Level II / III or SSPC certification preferred. Strong knowledge of international standards (ISO, SSPC, NACE, ASTM). Good communication, attention to detail, and reporting skills.

QC Painting Inspector role at Saudi Pakistani Advanced Construction Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect surface preparation, painting, and coating application processes.
- Verify paints, coatings, and consumables against approved specifications.
- Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, dew point) during application.
- Perform required tests such as Dry Film Thickness (DFT), adhesion, and holiday testing.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, QA / QC team, and client / third-party inspectors for approvals.
