About the Role

As an Enterprise Data Architect , you will design and govern enterprise-wide data architectures that enable secure, interoperable, and insight-driven decision-making. You’ll work across ministries and entities to define data strategies, build data frameworks, and integrate systems following national and international best practices.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data models, reference architectures, and metadata standards .
• Establish and govern data management, quality, and classification policies in line with SDAIA and NORA 2.0 .
• Lead the design of data warehouses, data lakes, and integration platforms to support digital transformation.
• Work closely with business, technology, and security architects to ensure consistent architecture alignment.
• Advise on data interoperability and open-data initiatives across government entities.
• Support RFP processes, technical evaluations, and vendor solution reviews.
• Conduct data maturity assessments and define target data architecture roadmaps.
• Promote data-driven culture through training, documentation, and governance workshops.
