Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities across the company’s stores. This role oversees the yearly marketing plan, coordinates campaigns with internal teams and external partners, and ensures brand consistency in all marketing materials and store visuals. Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and manage the annual marketing and advertising calendar for all stores. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events to drive store traffic and sales. Coordinate with designers and programmers to create marketing materials, store posters, digital content, and social media assets. Supervise the design and production process to ensure all visuals align with brand identity. Manage advertising budgets, media buying, and campaign performance tracking. Work closely with the operations and sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals. Oversee the creation and scheduling of online and offline marketing content. Analyze campaign results and prepare regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on market trends and competitors’ marketing strategies. Manage and lead the marketing team, assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met. Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management (retail experience preferred). Strong experience in campaign management and coordination with creative and technical teams. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and advertising tools. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in English Seniority level
