Retail Sales Associate (English Speaking)

Our retail store in Jeddah is currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This position is open to Indian nationals with excellent English speaking skills, as well as individuals who are seeking part-time employment.

Main responsibilities : - Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system - Create attractive displays and maintain the visual appeal of the store - Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are organized - Keep track of inventory levels and assist in restocking when necessary - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Meet sales targets set by management

Requirements : - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) - Must be able to work well in a team environment - Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if needed
