Oracle DBA – C2M Support Project

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain database systems (Development, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production). Provide production-like support for performance and data fixes. Coordinate backups, patch deployments, cloning, and logs for L2 / L3 teams. Ensure Exadata-related activities (handled by CUSTOMER DBA) are tracked and supported. Required Skills :

Strong Oracle DBA experience including RAC, ASM, and Exadata. Expertise in managing Oracle DB environments for C2M or utility applications. Proficient in analyzing AWR reports, trace files, and performance metrics. Experience with customer handover activities and controlled access management.
