The role

We are currently looking for passionate Domestic Assistants across Bertram, Calista, Casuarina, East Rockingham, Kwinana, Kwinana Beach, Kwinana Town Centre, Leda, Medina, Orelia, Parmelia, Rockingham and Wellard (only applicants living within or near these suburbs will be considered). Hours of care between Monday - Wednesday 9am - 2.30pm are needed.

Our Domestic Assistants support clients to undertake domestic tasks in the home as prescribed within the care / support plan, enhancing and encouraging participation in their own care to maintain their independence where possible. Responsibilities include a range of domestic tasks including making beds, ironing, laundry, dusting, vacuuming and mopping the floor, with some social support in the community. Domestic Assistants will follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home, therefore having unrestricted access to a vehicle and the ability to follow a digital schedule and care plan autonomously, via a mobile app, will be essential.

Experience in the role is desirable, however not essential. If you have 3-6 months experience in a cleaning role, we’d love to hear from you!
