Technical Sales Manager . The Sales Manager will be responsible to sell the company’s data center and ICT professional services to a wide range of stakeholders including ICT system integrators, data centers providers and technology vendors.
The Sales Manager will possess expertise in managing and delivering end-to-end sales processes and achieving annual sales and revenue targets by building a successful regional sales strategy.
Responsibilities
Define and execute go-to-market strategies for data center services and solutions in alignment with company objectives.
Identify potential data center infrastructure partners, vendors and suppliers to build and customize tailored services to data center projects.
Managing key stakeholders in customers’ ecosystems, building new business leads, managing and growing existing businesses and adding new revenue streams through bundled services.
Manage bid processes including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with high-quality submissions.
Translate technical specifications into commercial value propositions tailored for customer needs.
Coordinate with customers to gather requirements and manage expectations.
Contribute to financial and commercial success through budgeting, pricing models, margin analysis, and P&L contribution.
Build key stakeholder relationships, multi-function and multi-level connections with decision-makers, influencers, and executive sponsors within key accounts.
Develop long-term account plans, pipeline and revenue forecasts aligned with annual budget targets.
Track the data center infrastructure and ICT environment in Saudi Arabia, including regulatory changes, market dynamics, industry trends, competitive activities and build market intelligence.
Provide mentorship and coaching to sales and pre-sales teams, building techno-commercial acumen.
Possess knowledge of data center certifications and standards such as Uptime, TIA-942, ISO 27001, and local regulatory requirements.
Oversee customer lifecycle management from prospecting through delivery and ongoing support.
Maintain a strong focus on customer success, retention metrics, and recurring revenue.
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
Job Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer or Telecommunication Engineering or any other related degree.
5-10 years of sales and business development experience in one or multiple of the following areas : data center cabling infrastructure projects, racking and stacking services, ICT, passive and active solutions and low current systems implementation.
Prior sales and business development experience in Saudi Arabia within the data center and ICT professional services field is mandatory.
Experience in sales techniques, including prospecting, relationship building, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
Experience in presenting technical solutions with strong communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools.
Strong negotiation skills to win projects.
Strong commercial skills including the ability to close projects invoicing and secure collections.
Prior experience in leading teams.
Fluency in Arabic and English. Any other language is a plus.
