Your Role
As Senior Product Manager, you will be at the heart of the Product tribe, driving impact by owning the end-to-end student experience across AlGooru's mobile app and website, translating educational and business goals into user-centric product solutions, driving acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall learning success, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver seamless and impactful product features.

Strategic Product LeadershipDefine and evolve the student product vision aligned with business goalsBuild and manage product roadmaps and prioritize high-impact initiativesConduct research to guide retention-focused decisionsEnd-to-End Product ExecutionLead product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including web and app featuresConvert vision into clear specs and user stories for developmentDrive quality assurance, testing, and timely releasesManage backlog and tech sprints for roadmap alignmentStudent Journey Ownership (App + Web)Own and optimize student-facing flows : onboarding, sessions, renewals, feedback, and supportCollaborate with mobile, acquisition, and retention teamsImprove self-serve flows to reduce support needs and boost conversionsPartner with CRM / data teams for segmentation and lifecycle messagingInternal Systems & Ops AlignmentEnsure product updates align with CRM, dashboards, and internal toolsBridge product and ops for tutor-related student workflowsData-Driven ImprovementsDefine and monitor key product KPIsAnalyze usage data to identify and fix drop-offsPromote A / B testing and feedback loops to validate changesRequirements
