Resort Manager

Location : Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia

Nationality Preference : Indian

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the operations of our luxurious resort in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the resort, from guest services to staff management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests
Oversee all departments within the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
Manage all reservations and room assignments
Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of performance
Monitor budgets and financials to ensure profitability
Develop promotional activities to increase revenue and occupancy rates
Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local authorities

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Resort Manager or similar role in a luxury hospitality environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)

Knowledge of hotel management software systems (e.g. Opera)

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
