Oracle ERP SCM Specialist

Responsibilities : Assist in the implementation and support of Oracle 11i and R12 application solutions. Plan, lead, and actively participate in the design, configuration, and testing of the Inventory and Procurement modules / functionality of Oracle’s E-Business Suite. Understand typical inventory and procurement business processes. Provide guidance for design alternatives, functional knowledge, and manage client relationships. Improve operational metrics, performance measurements, set expectations for areas of responsibility, establish priorities, and document potential scope changes impacting projects, budgets, and timetables. Lead efforts for supplier and purchase order data migration, data cleanup, end-user training, training material maintenance, and documentation of requirements. Perform other related duties as required or assigned. Minimum Requirements : Minimum of 3 years of experience with functional design and configuration of Oracle Supply Chain applications (Oracle 11.5.10.2, Oracle Distribution (OM, PO, Shipping & INV), Oracle Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management System). Moderate knowledge of financial processes. At least 2 implementation experiences of 11.5.10.2. Ability to learn Oracle R12 and new features between 11.5.10.2 and R12. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Problem-solving and conflict management skills to resolve change management issues quickly and effectively.
