Saudi market . Key Responsibilities

Plan and oversee all phases of

events, exhibitions, and conferences , from initiation to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate effectively with service providers and vendors to guarantee quality and smooth execution. Develop clear project roadmaps, track progress, and provide structured reports to management. Manage risks and challenges proactively, implementing preventive and corrective measures. Ensure an outstanding experience for exhibitors and attendees through strong operational focus. Oversee contracts and services to ensure compliance with standards and agreements. Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives efficiently. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in

Project Management for Events, Exhibitions, or Conferences (preferably within the KSA market) . Strong knowledge of project management methodologies ( PMO, Agile, PMP ). Excellent skills in

planning, organization, time management, and communication . Proven expertise in

Vendor Management and supplier relations . Strong ability to manage

budgets and operational details

with precision. Proficiency in project management tools such as

MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar . Why Us?
