Role Description This is a remote contract role for a NextJS Developer. The NextJS Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using NextJS. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring responsiveness and performance of applications. The role also involves participating in code reviews, optimizing application performance, and keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Proficiency in NextJS, React.js, and JavaScript

Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design

Understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL

Knowledge of front-end build tools and version control systems like Git

Experience with server-side rendering and performance optimization techniques

Ability to work independently and remotely

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

Experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries is a plus
