About the Role Own L2-level operations for Big Data (HP Ezmeral) within a highly regulated banking estate, ensuring availability, performance, security, audit readiness, and rapid recovery as per RTO / RPO. Responsibilities Provide L2-level support for Big Data (HP Ezmeral) in a mission-critical banking environment. Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements. Operate under ITIL processes (Incident / Change / Problem / Knowledge). Maintain high availability, performance, and security; participate in DR / BCP drills. Own complex incident troubleshooting and approved changes for the platform. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents; implement permanent fixes. Tune configurations and schedule jobs to improve performance and reliability. Coordinate vendor TAC cases and firmware / patch planning; validate after-change health. Qualifications 3–5 years in administration and change / incident ownership for the platform in banking. Required Skills HPE Ezmeral Data Fabric (MapR) admin, Fabric Control System Kubernetes platform operations, YARN / Spark Logging / monitoring stacks (e.g., ELK, Prometheus) Preferred Skills HPE Ezmeral certifications (or equivalent Hadoop ecosystem certs) A supportive, diverse, and global team with a brilliant culture.
