Job description

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and specifications for joinery projects, ensuring that all designs meet client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed joinery drawings using CAD software, including plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure designs meet specifications and budgets.
  • Prepare shop drawings and coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather relevant information.
  • Revise drawings based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and building codes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Joinery Draftsman or similar role, preferably in the Middle East.
  • Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of joinery materials, techniques, and construction processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
