Field Service Technician (Maintenance Supervisor)

Overview We're supporting a major land drilling contractor in Saudi Arabia to build a

dedicated Field Support Technician team .

Each FST will oversee

3 rigs , acting as a bridge between rig-based maintenance teams and office leadership. This is

not an emergency response role , but a strategic support function focused on

preventative maintenance, competency development , and

operational visibility .

Responsibilities

Supervise ~3 electricians and 3 mechanics per rig

Ensure preventative maintenance is executed consistently

Mentor and coach teams with strong soft skills

Monitor budgets and parts ordering

Ideal Candidate

Experienced Maintenance Supervisors / Chief Mech / Elec

Strong leadership and communication skills

Background in rig maintenance operations

Must have experience working for a drilling contractor.
