Requirements

Provide care in the process of resuscitate patients in an emergency before hospital admission. Determine the priority under the supervision of line manager for required emergency care as outlined. Determine nature and extent of injury or illness and record patient information and vital signs Provide medical care during emergency situations, such as CPR, AED, control bleeding, prevent spinal damages, etc. Lift and move patients as necessary for treatment and transportation to medical facilities. Monitor patient’s conditions and stabilizations while en-route to the hospitals Operate the portable x-ray machine and carrying out portable x-ray orders done through RRT Process invoices and payment in RRT : the concerned staff is responsible for collecting the payment from the client, authentication of doctor’s orders through VIDA and generating electronic invoices, handing over invoices and payment to finance office Operate emergency medical apparatus and equipment. Drive ambulance as needed. Maintain inventory of medical equipment and supplies and ensure equipment are working properly. Keep vehicle clean and in efficient operating condition Help to calm down the family members of the victim and the public at the scene Provide patient and family education as per the needs. Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMC. Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity. Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his / her knowledge, skills and abilities.
