Overview
As a GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Consultant at Müller's Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations strengthen their governance frameworks, manage risks effectively, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will work closely with clients to assess their GRC practices, identify areas of improvement, and implement tailored solutions that drive operational efficiency and reduce risk exposure.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess existing governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks within client organizations
- Develop and implement GRC strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and compliance reviews to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a risk-aware culture and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Design and deliver GRC training programs to enhance knowledge and awareness among stakeholders
- Assist in the selection and implementation of GRC software solutions to automate processes and improve reporting capabilities
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide proactive advice to clients
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field5+ years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance consulting or related fieldsStrong understanding of GRC frameworks, methodologies, and best practicesKnowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 31000, COSO, GDPR, and othersExcellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex information and provide actionable insightsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organizationProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyRelevant certifications, such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, or similar, are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
