With a strong international presence and decades of expertise the company is known for delivering innovative reliable and sustainable solutions for project-driven environments.

About the Role The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the companys footprint across Saudi Arabia with a focus on the Oil & Gas sector. This is a field-based client-facing position that combines technical expertise with strong commercial skills to manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Identify develop and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline with EPCs contractors and end clients.

Lead technical and commercial presentations negotiations and contract discussions.

Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (engineering operations marketing) to deliver tailored client solutions.

Monitor market trends competitor activity and industry developments to inform strategy.

Represent the organization at industry events trade shows and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

Saudi Nationals Only

Bachelors degree in business Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).

5-10 years proven experience in business development / technical sales within the Oil & Gas sector .

Successful track record in B2B project-based sales with EPCs and contractors.

Strong network and industry knowledge within the Saudi Oil & Gas market.

Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.

Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Based in Dammam

Open to frequent travel within Saudi Arabia.
