Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives across the Middle East markets with a base in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our distribution network, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales of electrical products including switchgears, lighting solutions, water pumps, ceiling fans and related electrical items.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Development : Identify and develop new distribution channels, dealers and strategic partnerships across the Middle East region.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape and emerging trends.
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Prepare and execute business plans, sales forecasts and budgets for the Middle East region.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors and distributors.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners in the region and provide after-sales support as required.
- Product Promotion & Branding : Work closely with the marketing team to promote the product portfolio in the region through events, exhibitions, digital campaigns, etc.
- Ensure brand visibility and consistent messaging across markets.
- Reporting & Compliance : Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status and market intelligence.
- Ensure all activities comply with local laws, business ethics and company policies.
Key Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. MBA preferred.Experience : Minimum 2-4 years of proven sales / business development experience in electrical products within the Middle East. Strong network of contacts among electrical product distributors in the GCC region.Skills & Competencies : Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Self-driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
