Job Description VP of Operations AVANA Companies (for Ezdaher Finance Company, KSA)

Mission :

The GM / VP Operations is responsible for streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving sustainable growth to deliver exceptional value to customers, stakeholders, and employees. Through effective leadership, collaboration, and innovation, the goal is to achieve operational excellence aligned with organizational objectives and surpass performance expectations.

Key Performance Indicators :

Support revenue growth to $5MM within 2 years

Increase gross revenue to $250,000 per month

Top-grade the entire organization (budget to be outlined)

Establish a network of partners, referral sources, and deal pipelines generating $1MM in fee income annually

Build a data department for data gathering, cleaning, and integration (budget to be outlined)

Design and implement a financial literacy program for SMEs in Saudi Arabia (budget to be outlined)

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute strategies for operational excellence and goal achievement

Manage daily operations ensuring smooth functioning of all departments

Collaborate with the executive team on strategic planning

Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a high-performance culture

Work with the Chief Compliance Officer to develop policies aligning with Shariah principles and regulations

Establish performance metrics to evaluate operational efficiency

Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication

Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify opportunities and risks

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's preferred

Proven experience as VP Operations or similar senior leadership role

Strong knowledge of operations management principles

Exceptional leadership and results-driven management skills

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Deep business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively with diverse teams

Successful track record in change management and transformation initiatives

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
