المسؤوليات والمهام الرئيسية :

أولاً : التخطيط وإعداد المحتوى

  • فهم توجهات الجهة وأهدافها الاتصالية وتحويلها إلى أفكار ومحتوى قابل للتنفيذ.
  • إعداد خطة وجدول المحتوى بالتنسيق مع فريق الاتصال والتصميم.
  • كتابة وصياغة المحتوى الاتصالي لجميع القنوات (منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، المواقع الإلكترونية، النشرات، الفيديوهات، التقارير، العروض التقديمية).
  • تطوير أفكار ومحتوى حملات تفاعلية تراعي طبيعة الجمهور المستهدف وسلوكياته.
  • التأكد من أن المحتوى يتماشى مع الهوية المؤسسية ونبرة الخطاب المعتمدة.

ثانيًا : المراجعة وضبط الجودة

  • مراجعة النصوص لغويًا وتحريريًا قبل اعتمادها للنشر.
  • التنسيق مع فريق التصميم والإنتاج لضمان اتساق الرسالة بين النص والمخرج البصري.
  • التأكد من أن المحتوى النهائي يعبّر بدقة عن الهدف الاتصالي المطلوب.
  • المساهمة في تطوير أسلوب الكتابة وتوحيد المفردات والمصطلحات المعتمدة.

    • ثالثًا : المتابعة والتطوير

  • تحليل أداء المحتوى وقياس التفاعل العام بعد النشر.
  • استنتاج الملاحظات وتقديم مقترحات لمحتوى توضيحي أو تصحيحي عند الحاجة.
  • تطوير محتوى مستقبلي بناءً على ردود الفعل ونتائج الرصد الإعلامي.
  • تقديم تقارير مختصرة توضح أثر المحتوى وجودته ومجالات التحسين.

    الخبرات والمهارات :

  • مهارة عالية في الكتابة بأساليب متنوعة (رسمية، توعوية، إنسانية، تسويقية).
  • قدرة على تبسيط الرسائل المعقدة وصياغتها بأسلوب مؤثر وواضح.
  • مهارة في المراجعة الذاتية وضبط جودة المحتوى.
  • فهم جيد لآليات العمل الاتصالي والتعاون مع فرق التصميم والإنتاج.
  • حس بصري واتصالي يساعد على تقييم الرسائل المرئية والنصية.
  • دقة في الإنجاز وسرعة في تنفيذ المهام ضمن الجداول الزمنية المحددة.

    • المؤهلات المطلوبة :

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الإعلام، الاتصال المؤسسي، اللغة العربية، التسويق أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في كتابة المحتوى الاتصالي أو التحريري أو التسويقي.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية الفصحى كتابة وصياغة بدرجة عالية، والقدرة على الكتابة بالإنجليزية (ميزة إضافية).
  • معرفة بأساسيات تحليل الأداء الرقمي ومؤشرات التفاعل (ميزة إضافية
