The Telemarketer is responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company’s services and schedule appointments. The role also includes maintaining a well-organized customer database and using multiple communication channels to effectively engage and follow up with prospects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound phone calls to potential customers to promote the company’s services and generate interest.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the relevant departments based on customer interactions.
- Develop, update, and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all information.
- Utilize various communication channels—including phone calls, email, and social media—to connect with prospects and follow up on inquiries.
- Document call outcomes and track customer interactions to ensure proper follow-up and continuous improvement.
- Meet assigned targets related to calls, appointments, and customer engagement.
