• Product Strategy Development : Crafting and executing plans around market positioning, competitive analysis and go-to-market strategies.
• Product Lifecycle Management : Managing the product journey from ideation to retirement, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Working with different departments to ensure successful product launches and feature prioritization.
• Customer Insights : Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve product offerings.
• Sales Enablement : Supporting the sales team with the necessary resources to communicate product value effectively.
• Performance Metrics : Using data to assess product success and make informed decisions.
• Thought Leadership : Representing the company in public spaces to establish authority in the field.
