Job Summary

Job Purpose : The Plumber performs installations, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on plumbing, irrigation, and drainage systems. Reports To : FM Supervisor / Engineer. You can also submit your CVs to Please put the Job Title in the email subject.

Responsibilities

Installs, repairs, or replaces general plumbing components in toilets, urinals, faucets, hose bibs, and drains.

Installs, repairs, or replaces domestic hot / cold water and irrigation lines.

Installs, repairs, or replaces domestic hot water heat exchangers.

Repairs and replaces domestic hot water heat pumps, chilled water pumps, sump pumps, sewage, and irrigation pumps.

Troubleshot and repaired potable water, irrigation water, and drainage distribution systems.

Carries out planned preventative maintenance / chemical dosing / backwashing of swimming pools.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
