Role Summary The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in building and operating the full marketing infrastructure for
ToDoOps , supporting both internal and external marketing activities for
Odoo ERP services
and
digital marketing services . The role focuses on content management, digital presence, campaign execution, analytics, government-platform marketing, and delivering professional marketing support to clients. Overall mission :
strengthen brand visibility and drive revenue growth through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Infrastructure Development
Create and manage official company pages on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Google Business.
Write and design marketing content, brochures, and corporate presentations.
Develop and improve the company website.
Maintain an internal marketing library (designs, videos, slides, templates).
Collect marketing materials and ideas to enhance visual identity.
Improve SEO performance and optimize Google Business profile.
Monitor website analytics and issue regular performance reports.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook / Instagram).
Set up and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and link them to analytics tools.
Manage Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking.
Create landing pages for campaigns and integrate them with Odoo CRM.
Write ad copy and select relevant keywords.
Analyze weekly campaign performance and recommend optimization actions.
Manage ad budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities 3. External Marketing & Client Services
Deliver professional digital marketing services for clients, including campaign setup and optimization.
Conduct performance reviews and prepare monthly reports for marketing clients.
Develop customized digital marketing plans based on client segments.
Coordinate ERP + Marketing integrated campaigns with Odoo Specialists.
Prepare marketing proposals and service packages (PDF / PowerPoint).
Support clients in setting up booking pages, forms, and CRM integrations.
Collect and update client data in Odoo CRM.
Respond to client inquiries via email, calls, or intro meetings.
Manage company registrations on governmental and commercial platforms (Etimad, Jadeer, Forsa, Freelance Platform).
Monitor new tenders and opportunities weekly and prepare opportunity reports.
Coordinate required documentation with Business Development.
Prepare marketing documents, technical proposals, and financial proposals for tenders.
Key Responsibilities 5. Business Development & Planning
Identify target segments and optimal outreach channels.
Prepare monthly marketing plans with the executive management.
Monitor competitors and analyze market trends.
Propose improvements to services and ongoing campaigns.
Support partnership development and professional networking.
Prepare monthly performance dashboards for management.
Key Responsibilities 6. Internal Marketing & Administrative Support
Support project teams with client presentations when needed.
Assist HR with internal marketing or recruitment campaigns.
Organize and document marketing assets in Google Drive and Odoo Documents.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.) to enhance performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities 7. Additional Duties Perform any related tasks that support the company’s marketing, business development, or project-management needs, aligned with the employee’s capabilities and the company’s objectives.
Work Policy
Attendance recorded virtually via Odoo system.
Performance measured through KPIs and system-activity analytics.
Work accountability based on actual productive hours.
Required Education Bachelor’s degree in one of the following :
Marketing
Marketing & E-Commerce
Preferred Certifications (Not mandatory, but considered a strong plus)
CAME – E-Marketing Certificate (EMC)
CAME – Marketing Manager Professional Certificate (MMPC)
CMMP (Certified Marketing Management Professional)
CDMP (Certified Digital Marketing Professional)
CBP – Certified Business Professional in Marketing
