Our client, an exciting Joint Venture between a Saudi Arabian contractor and a European contractor headquartered in Riyadh, is seeking a Commercial Manager for a new hospital / healthcare project in Riyadh. They are looking for a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor with the following experience : A minimum of 10 years of construction industry experience. Experience with established main contractors. Experience with hospital / healthcare projects. A relevant third-level qualification. Previous Middle East experience (advantage).
