Senior Health and Safety Manager - Highrise Towers Experience required

The Senior Health and Safety Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees and stakeholders involved in high-rise tower projects. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health and safety management, particularly in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and oversee safety policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities : Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies tailored for high-rise construction projects. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety practices and emergency response procedures. Collaborate with project managers and contractors to promote a culture of safety on-site. Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement. Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure all safety equipment and gear are maintained and available for use at all times. Stay updated on local and international health and safety regulations and best practices. Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and safety organizations, to enhance safety standards.
