Position

Senior Mechanical Engineer – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full‑time position reports to the Design Manager and is based primarily in Riyadh, requiring availability for travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Review mechanical engineering design drawings, shop drawings, and submittals for conformance with project specifications.
• Participate in design reviews, workshops, and optimization studies.
• Produce technical documentation, review project deliverables, and implement mechanical engineering design and work plans in line with project scope, schedule and budget.
• Provide technical clarifications and inputs for contractor queries and requests.
• Review and approve contractor material proposals and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and report periodically on non‑conformances.
• Forecast trends, anticipate potential problems, and recommend solutions to management.
• Attend preconstruction meetings with contractors and the PCM team to discuss quality issues.
• Assist in coordinating testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Manage local authority interactions for data collection and approvals, as required.
