Manage end-to-end
customs clearance procedures
for imported shipments. Ensure compliance with
Saudi Customs, SFDA, SASO, and other regulatory bodies . Submit required documentation through
Fasah, Saber, and other platforms . Request freight quotes from multiple carriers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for comparison. Negotiate rates and service terms to achieve the most cost-effective and reliable options. Analyze freight spending reports to identify patterns, inefficiencies, or excessive charges. Monitor
shipment status and coordinate deliveries. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience
2 years of experience in the same field in KSA. Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations, Saber, FASAH, WMS, and ERP systems. Competency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong knowledge of automotive parts Excellent communication and negotiation skills Excellent Analytical skills Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred. Location
