Overview

Join JASARA PMC, a leader in project management consultancy, as a Contract Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of contract management, from drafting and reviewing contracts to negotiating terms and ensuring compliance. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to mitigate risks, resolve disputes, and achieve project objectives effectively. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of various engineering and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts to meet project requirements
  • Manage contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Provide guidance on contract-related issues and support project teams
  • Analyze and mitigate risks associated with contracts and agreements
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve contractual disputes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all contracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management within the construction or engineering sectors
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, terms, and conditions
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in contract management software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
