Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints
- Review product quality and research new vendors regularly
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Estimate future needs for supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage the restaurant's image and suggest improvements
- Control costs and identify waste reduction measures
- Create reports on revenues and expenses
- Promote the brand through community engagement and events
- Implement marketing strategies like discounts and social media advertising
- Train staff on customer service practices
- Implement policies for sustainable operations
