Function

As Head of Production, you will oversee the entire yacht production process, ensuring exceptional quality, maximizing efficiency, and driving the company’s strategic growth. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for developing and managing production systems, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the best collaboration between engineering, procurement, subcontractors, quality control, and logistics.

Specific duties in this role include :

• Lead yacht production for efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Optimize workflows, implement lean manufacturing, and track KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and classification standards.
• Manage resources, workforce, and subcontractors.
• Scale operations for growth and global expansion, aiming for high annual yacht production.
• Integrate technologies and cost-efficient production methods.
• Quality control to exceed premium standards.
