About the Role

ITHR Technologies Consulting LLC is seeking a Governance and Institutional Excellence Specialist to drive organizational efficiency, strengthen governance structures, and enhance operational workflows across departments.

The selected candidate will play a key role in analyzing current systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing frameworks that align with best practices in governance and institutional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Study and assess existing workflow mechanisms and interdepartmental processes.

Analyze roles, responsibilities, and intersections between departments.

Identify process improvement opportunities and information gaps.

Prepare analytical reports summarizing findings, challenges, and actionable recommendations.

Design and implement an operational framework defining tasks, workflows, and approval mechanisms.

Update and enhance policies and procedures to streamline business operations.

Develop bilingual (Arabic / English) tools and templates such as :

Opportunity tracking forms

Follow-up and monitoring logs

Committee and performance reports

Create a Responsibility Matrix to ensure accountability and coordination across departments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in governance, institutional excellence, or process improvement roles.

Proven background in organizational analysis, policy development, and workflow optimization.

Ability to produce detailed reports and bilingual documentation (Arabic and English).

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience working with government or consulting entities in the GCC region is an advantage.

Deliverables

Comprehensive analytical report with findings and recommendations.

Updated operational framework and procedures.

Bilingual templates, logs, and institutional tools supporting governance enhancement.
