Overview

BestUniforms is a Saudi-based company that specializes in manufacturing uniforms & accessories for corporates. BestUniforms gained its reputation as leaders in manufacturing corporate uniforms based on the company's identity. Catering to hospitality, health & SPA, airlines, schools, corporates, and government entities. BestUniforms also provides uniform design in line with corporate identity, manufactures textile and leather, provides detailed garment care and laundering recommendations, fabric solutions, as well as on-ground alterations services in GCC.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and generate leads among corporate and retail clients (hotels, restaurants, offices, catering companies).
  • Present and demonstrate our product range to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and order terms to close sales in line with company targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to maximize repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations, proposals, and monthly sales reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to coordinate sampling events, product launches, and promotions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage activities related to the role in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Diploma degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ proven sales experience in the F&B industry (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with a track record of building trust.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel within the Eastern Province.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
