We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our dynamic team at an established automotive dealership and distributor in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory, ensuring the availability of automotive parts, and supporting the operational efficiency of our dealership. As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, overseeing stock levels, and facilitating the smooth flow of goods within the organization. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that inventory is organized and accessible.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming automotive parts and supplies, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and any discrepancies in the inventory system.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to orders.
Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist in conducting regular stock audits and inventory counts to maintain optimal stock levels.
Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems and procedures.
Provide support to other departments by ensuring that parts are available for service and repair operations.
Train and mentor junior staff in inventory management best practices and store operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Preferred Candidate
Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English.

Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and lift heavy items as required.
Knowledge of automotive parts and their specifications is highly desirable.
